History
- In 1991 Panayiotis Efthymiou established the company EKTASIS ΑΤΕVΕ, specializing in the construction of various projects, mainly special venues, residences, professional spaces and retail stores.
- In 1998 the company acquired through merger, companies “SYNTHESIS S.A.”, “P. EFTHYMIOY AVEE” and “TECHNODOMI Ltd.», focusing its activities on the building and sale or leasing of high-end housing, and office spaces complexes on privately owned plots.
Over the next 4 years, many and crucial steps were taken. The company’s development strategy was redefined and its corporate structures were strengthened.
- Readier than ever, in 2002 the company takes the big step; it becomes “EKTASIS DEVELOPMENT S.A.” and focuses exclusively on the development and utilization of properties.
- From 2002 until today, the company has continued developing rapidly, while always respecting both man and the environment.
Over its 17-year steadily reliable and growing course, the company has developed and utilized more than 120 buildings, situated in strategic points, creating added value year over year.
